Tensions escalate between India and Pakistan following massacre

Tensions are escalating between India and Pakistan following the recent massacre of 26 tourists in the contested region of Kashmir.

According to AP News on May 5^th, India blames Pakistan for the deaths of the Indian Hindu tourists, describing it as a terror attack, as it scrambles military and diplomatic resources.

Whilst there has been no military retaliation by India so far, a Pakistani minister said his country had “credible evidence” an attack was imminent.
