US to consider deporting migrants to Libya
The Trump administration is considering deporting migrants from the US to Libya on chartered military flights, according to Middle East Monitor citing Reuters on May 7th.
The flights are due to take place despite the fact that the US has raised concerns about Libya’s harsh treatment of detainees.
When the flights are scheduled to begin has yet to be confirmed and the White House did not respond to Reuters for further comment.
