UK-US “full and comprehensive” trade deal announced by Trump

A “full and comprehensive” trade deal between the UK and the US has been announced by Donald Trump on his platform, Truth Social.

“The agreement with the United Kingdom is a full and comprehensive one that will cement the relationship between the United States and the United Kingdom for many years to come.”

This development will be seen by many critics as another win for Keir Starmer’s government as he has also secured a free trade deal with India on the 6th of May.

Trump also made it clear that there are “many other deals” in serious stages of negotiations.
