RSF kills seven people in Sudanese besieged city El-Fasher

On August 30th the paramilitary RSF group carried out what the Sudan Doctors Network described as a “massacre” of innocent civilians, as reported in Maghrebi Weekly on September 8th.

Seven people were killed and 31 wounded in El-Fasher, which is the last major city in Darfur still under the control of the Sudanese military, who are in a civil war against the RSF.

The Sudan Doctors Network urged local authorities and the international community to take “urgent and immediate action to halt the shelling and open safe humanitarian corridors.”
