China bypasses Hormuz with new Libya trade route

According to Libya Gazette on 13 April, Beijing has launched a new shipping corridor linking Qingdao Port to Libya via Egypt, reducing transit times by up to ten days while avoiding one of the world’s most sensitive maritime chokepoints.
