British athletics coach Leon Baptiste reported missing in Morocco
British athletics coach and former sprinter Leon Baptiste has been missing for approximately two months following a trip to Morocco, Hespress reports on August 18.
The 41-year-old’s phone has gone unanswered, leaving his athletes and UK Athletics without any communication.
A former British teammate of Baptiste told The Guardian that the situation is “very worrying,” saying that “no one knows what has happened.”
