Libya’s Prosecutor General called for the arrest of four more individuals as part of the inquiry into the floods, reports Asharq Al-Awsat and agencies, September 29.

Floods raged through the eastern city of Derna in early September, killing at least 4,000 people and displacing thousands.

The total arrested is now twelve including the sacked Derna Mayor, Abdulmenam Al-Ghaithi.
