Lebanese singer Najah Salam dies aged 92

Lebanese actress and singer, Najah Salam passed away On September 28, aged 92, according to AP. 

Salam became a prominent figure in the Middle East in the 1950s for her songs in support of pan-Arabism and was involved in various Arabic films in the 50s and 60s. 

The cause of her death is yet to be disclosed.
