Tunisian presidential candidate Ayachi Zammel, has been arrested again moments after being released the first time, following a judges order, reports Reuters on September 6th.

Zammel is one of three candidates approved to run in the Oct. 6 presidential election, which opposition critics say is rigged in favor of incumbent President Kais Saied.

Zammel was arrested initially on September 2nd on suspicion of falsifying voter forms. Each candidate must submit forms from 10,000 supporters to qualify for the election.
