Libya: Key North African summit to be held in Tripoli

Preparations for third key trilateral summit between Algeria, Libya and Tunisia have begun, in an effort to insulate against so-called foreign interference in Libya, according to LibyaObserver on January 2nd.
The initiative spawns from a series of previous meetings last year where the three countries pledged to support Libyan elections and committed to mutual trade agreements.
With the next summit in Tripoli, the North African nations will look to further ties and address major regional challenges.
