Gaza’s ministry of health said on January 8th that healthcare facilities have run out of fuel stocks and added that hospital generators will no longer work in a matter of hours, calling for International organisations to urgently take a course of action.

Th ministry also said that fuel shortage is “directly endangering” patients lives, especially in the Al-Aqsa Hospital, the Gaza European Hospital and the Nasser Medical Complex, The New Arab reported.

Only 14 out of 36 hospitals in Gaza are currently partly operating, as Israeli forces heightened their attacks on three medical facilities in north Gaza, causing them to become non-functioning.
