Sudan: Alleged UAE weapons found in recaptured warehouse
New footage has emerged from Sudan of alleged United Arab Emirates stockpiles as the evidence mounts of UAE interference in the bitter war.
According to Middle East Monitor on January 14th, one video shows a Sudanese soldier walking through a warehouse filled with large boxes claiming they originated in the UAE, an assertion backed up other images of stockpiles and their labelling.
The discovery was made after the Sudanese army seized the strategic city of Wad Madani from the rebel Rapid Support Forces (RSF), with the army working to mop up remaining rebel pockets, according to Al-Jazeera.
