NGOs in Morocco call for a “day of rage” over Trump’s Gaza plan

Non-governmental organisations in Morocco have called for a “day of rage” on February 14th, after US President Donald Trump announced his plan to take over Gaza.

According to MiddleEastMonitor, NGO Moroccan Commission for Supporting the Nation’s Causes said: “We are deeply concerned about Trump’s statements regarding the forced displacement of the Palestinian people from their land and turning it into a hell.”

The rally cry comes after King Abdullah II of Jordan agreed to take 2000 critical ill Palestinian children as refugees to his country, potentially initiating a round of similar concessions from US-aligned states in the region, according to Maghrebi.
