Sudanese RSF militia attacks famine-stricken camp

The Sudanese Rapid Support Forces (RSF) militia have attacked the famine-stricken Zamzam displacement camp, according to residents and medics as reported by Reuters on February 15th.

This comes the group tries to tighten its grip on its stronghold in Darfur while losing ground to the army in capital Khartoum.

Medical aid agency Médecins Sans Frontières has confirmed seven deaths in the violence, while according to residents, dozens may have been killed.
