Moroccan court rejects call to ban visit by Israeli minister

A court in Morocco on February 18th rejected an legal request to ban Israeli transport minister Miri Regev from entering the country, reported The New Arab.
Moroccan lawyers filed the suit to try and stop Regev from taking part in the global ministerial Conference on road safety in Marrakech, citing her alleged involvement in war crimes against Palestinians.
“The court has refused to take responsibility”, lawyer and vocal anti-normalisation activist Khaled Soufiani told The New Arab.
