President Trump launched a fresh attack on Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky, calling him a “dictator” and accusing him of refusing to hold elections.

According to the BBC on 19 February, Trump’s remarks at a Saudi-backed investment meeting in Florida drew sharp criticism from European leaders, including German Chancellor Olaf Scholz and UK Prime Minister Sir Keir Starmer.

Zelensky, set to meet US envoy Keith Kellogg on 20 February, emphasized the importance of maintaining constructive cooperation with the US and Europe.
