Sudan: Rapid Support Forces sign transitional constitution
On March 4th, Sudan’s paramilitary Rapid Support Forces (RSF) and allied groups signed a transitional constitution.
According to AfricaNews, this new constitution brings the RSF even closer to setting up a parallel government.
The RSF have been at war with Sudan’s army since 2023.
