Russia offers its terms for peace

Russia has now issued a series of demands and terms that must be met in order to end the war in Ukraine.

According to Atalayar, these demands include guarantees that Ukraine will not join NATO and that foreign troops will not be deployed on Ukrainian soil as peacekeepers.

However, these demands remain far from the positions of both the US and Ukraine, meaning further negations will likely be needed before any ceasefire or peace deal can be reached.
