M23 rebels withdraw from peace talks

M23 rebels in The Democratic Republic of Congo said they will withdraw from peace talks because of EU sanctions against them.
According to AfricaNews, the talks were scheduled for March 18th and the rebels made their announcement on the 17th.
The rebels also said recent military offences against them by the Congolese army complicated the talks.
