Somali president survives al- Shabab bomb attack
Al-Shabab militants launched a bomb attack against Somali president, Hassan Sheikh Mohamud’s convoy as he left the grounds of the presidential palace.
According to AfricaNews on March 19th, the president was left unharmed by the explosion.
Thus far, no other official information on casualties has been released.
