Islamic militants kill 12 Cameroonian soldiers in Lake Chad attack

At least 12 Cameroonian soldiers have been killed by Islamic militants in an attack on Cameroon’s border with Nigeria.
According to AfricaNews on March 27th, officials said the attack was carried out by the Boko Haram group, or a breakaway faction of the group that is loyal to Islamic State.
The attack occurred near the town of Wulgo.
