Tunisia unveils joint anti-smuggling plan with Libya and Algeria

Tunisian Minister of Trade, Samir Obeid has revealed a joint plan with Libya and Algeria to further develop border areas and to stop parallel trade (the black market) and smuggling.
According to The Libya Observer on March 30th, the Ben Guerdane border region with Libya is one of the most key areas to be developed.
It is hoped that the development of the border areas will foster employment opportunities for young people.
