Tunisia destroys makeshift migrant camp

Tunisia has dismantled a makeshift migrant camp housing thousands of undocumented people from countries in sub-Saharan Africa, following a campaign against them on social media, according to France 24 on April 5th.
Around 20,000 migrants set up tents around the eastern regions of El Amra and Jebeniana, national guard spokesman Houcem Eddine Jebabli told AFP.
According to him around 4,000 people of various nationalities had left one of the camps cleared by authorities.
