Polisario Front recall their ambassador to Algeria

Polisario Front have recalled their ambassador to Algeria as tensions between the party and their old ally heighten according to Moroccan government-friendly outlet HESPRESS on May 22nd.

Morocco and Algeria have been in geopolitical competition over the issue of autonomy in the Western Sahara.

The Polisario Front have historically been supported by Algeria who want to prevent Morocco from gaining sovereignty over the region.
