US strikes on Yemen prompt unprecedented death rate

In Yemen, US air strikes have prompted an unprecedented death rate, according to a monitoring group’s report, Middle East Eye reported on June 18th.
Hundreds of civilian harm reports were evaluated by the group, Airwars, which came to the conclusion that US attacks on Yemen under President Donald Trump’s rule were more lethal than that of any of the former US leaders.
The report indicates that Trump’s military operations in the Middle Eastern nation has caused the deaths of nearly as much civilians in 52 days as in the previous 23 years of US operations in Yemen.
