Big progress has been made to end Israel’s Gaza war, says Trump

President Donald Trump of the US said on June 25th that major progress has been achieved to stop the conflict in Gaza, Middle East Eye reported.
The president said: “I think great progress is being made on Gaza.” According to the BBC on June 25th, he added: “We were very close to making a deal on Gaza.”
Eyal Zamir, the chief of staff of Israel’s military said that the military is now focusing on freeing hostages in Gaza and bringing an end to the rule of Hamas, Middle East Eye via Reuters reported on June 24th.
