Israel is not complying with Gaza aid agreement, EU says

The aid chief of the European Union, Hadja Lahbib, has said that Israel is not entirely complying with its deal with the EU to ease aid delivery into Gaza, Middle East Eye via Reuters reported on July 15th.
Lahbib said to reporters in Brussels: “It’s true that we have trucks that are able to enter, but we don’t know exactly how many.” Lahbib added: “What is clear is that the agreement is not fully implemented.”
Previously, the union has spoken out against Israel for obstructing aid entry into Gaza, warning that the enclave’s population is in dire need of sufficient aid.
