Fatal fight breaks out in Moroccan café over a hashish joint

Two Moroccan friends in the town of Tamenesourt got into an altercation which led to the death of one of them, the fight accordingly stemmed from a dispute over a hashish joint, Hespress reported on July 18th.
The victim was a man just in his twenties, reportedly with his friend in the café when the two began to argue over a hashish joint. The argument escalated quickly into violence in which one of the two men used a sharp object on the other.
The victim was rushed to Mohammed VI Hospital in Marrakesh, he unfortunately succumbed to his injuries on the journey there.
Royal Gendarmerie forces immediately opened an investigation into the situation, apprehending the alleged perpetrator in quick succession of the incident. The suspect reportedly currently being held under police custody under the order of the Public Prosecutor’s Office.
