Turkey pledges to stop any attempt to split up Syria

Turkey will stop any attempt to separate Syria and will halt any efforts by militants to take control of the country, following sectarian violence in the Middle Eastern nation, The New Arab via Reuters reported on July 22nd.

Turkish Foreign Minister Hakan Fidan announced his country’s pledge to tackling Syria’s division on July 22nd and his remarks were seemingly addressed to Israel.

Turkey has denounced Israel’s military action on Damascus as a bid to hinder Syria’s objective of reaching peace and stability. Turkey believes that sectarian violence in Syria forms a part of an Israeli campaign to destabilise the region.
