Israeli minister says country is rushing to wipe Gaza out

The heritage minister of Israel said on July 24th that his government is rushing to wipe Gaza out, as the country’s military campaign on the enclave continues to bring devastation, according to Middle East Eye.
In an interview with the Haredi radio station Kol Barama, the minister, Amichay Eliyahu, said: “Thank God, we are wiping out this evil.” Eliyahu also claimed that the whole of Gaza will become Jewish.
The minister, who initially alleged that there is not a hunger issue in Gaza, later said that Israel should not concern itself about hunger in the Gaza Strip and added that this is an issue the international community should deal with, instead.
