Gaza starvation deaths climb to 370 as Israeli siege escalates

At least 370 Palestinians, including 131 children, have died of starvation in Gaza since Israel launched its offensive in October 2023, according to the Middle East Eye on September 4th. 

With three new deaths from malnutrition occurring within a 24-hour period, the figures highlight the severe humanitarian toll of Israel’s blockade on the enclave. 

Palestinian civilians are enduring severe shortages of food and basic supplies, which have pushed many towards famine.
