Libyan ship joins global fleet to break Gaza blockade

A Libyan ship is setting sail on September 6th as part of a global campaign to break Israel’s blockade on Gaza, according to the Libya Observer.
The vessel from Libya will be carrying a range of Libyan activists, as well as individuals from the US, Canada, and the UK, including British journalist Yvonne Ridley who is a long-time advocate for Palestinian rights.
Other vessels have departed from Barcelona and Tunisia, taking activists from Tunisia, Algeria, Morocco and Mauritania.
