Critically ill Gaza children brought to UK for treatment

The first group of children from Gaza who are critically ill have been brought to the UK, where they will get much-need medical care according to the UK government, Arab News via AFP reported on September 17th.
The “complex humanitarian operation” has been coordinated by a cross-government team for weeks, to enable the evacuation of the children and their families for treatment under the UK’s National Health Service (NHS).
According to the World Health Organization (WHO), it supported the evacuation of 10 Gazan children as well as 50 of their companions, to the western country.
