Algeria seeks new energy partnerships with Exxon and Chevron

Algerian energy minister Mohamed Arkab discussed partnership and cooperation opportunities with energy giants ExxonMobil and Chevron, according to AL24 News.
These meetings, held on the margins of the NAPEC conference, focused on the exploration and exploitation of hydrocarbons, as well as the transfer of technologies.
With its 2019 legal framework opening exploration to foreign investors, Arkab emphasized Algeria’s position as a stable partner in the energy market.
