Swahili to be used across schools in Somalia

Swahilli translation hello
Swahili is set to be used across the national curriculum of Somalia in order to connect the country with East African cultures, according to the BBCÂ on October 8th.
President Hassan Sheikh Mohamud said at the East African Summit that teachings of Swahili need to be increased, becoming a compulsory language alongside English and Arabic.
Calls for this adoption have risen since emigrants across the border in Kenya have gone on to learn the language, and many people who have returned home to Somalia have began learning the language, alongside African troops who have also started speaking it.
