UK charity warned over alleged Israeli army fundraising

The charity, Mizrachi UK, has received a warning from the charity regulator, the Charity Commission, over its alleged fundraising for the Israeli army, according to Middle East Eye and agencies on November 21st.

The warning came following a seven-month investigation into the Jewish charity, which was also accused of hosting speakers who promoted hate speech.

A complaint was launched against the charity by the UK-based International Centre of Justice of Palestinians (ICJP), which accused Mizrachi UK of supporting active members of Israel’s military.
