Gaza yellow line: Israeli tank fire and strikes reported

Israeli forces have reportedly launched air strikes and targeted areas with tank fire along the yellow line in Gaza, according to a report by the Middle East Eye via Arab48 on December 24th.

The yellow line represents the area of Gaza under Israeli occupation, despite growing calls for Israel to withdraw its military from the Gaza Strip.

Since the ceasefire came into effect on October 10th, Israel has been accused of violating the terms nearly 200 times, with some fearing that the yellow line will result in a de facto partition of the Palestinian territory.
