Global X outages blamed on sophisticated cyberattack

Elon Musk has attributed X platform’s widespread outages to a “massive cyberattack”.
According to the Independent, Musk claims the attack required “a lot of resources,” suggesting involvement of “either a large, coordinated group and/or a country”.
Issues first surfaced at 5:30 a.m. ET on March 10th, briefly resolved, then intensified around 9:30 a.m., continuing globally throughout the day.
The attackers remain unidentified.
