France and Algeria try to stabilise relations again

The Foreign Minister for France, Jean-Noël Barrot, recently made a visit to Algeria which has cast doubts over the optimism around the diplomatic relations of the two nations.
According to Moroccan government friendly agency Atalayar on April 8th, the meeting was shrouded in secrecy, an air at odds with the new found positivity that had been present just weeks ago.
The French Foreign Minister engaged in a two hour long meeting with Algerian President Abdelmadjid Tebboune and his Algerian counterpart, Ahmed Attaf Barrot.
