US ambassador stars in “Greater Israel” music video

U.S. Ambassador to Israel, Mike Huckabee, appeared in a music video promoting the “Greater Israel” project, which eyes the expansion of Israeli territory, Middle East Eye and agencies reported on October 15th.

Alongside former US ambassador to Israel David Friedman and comedian Elon Gold, Huckabee sang a rendition of Lynyrd Skynyrd’s “Sweet Home Alabama” called “Sweet Home Yerushalayim.” Both Huckabee and Friedman have been advocates of Israeli settlement expansions.

The performance took place on October 12th in Jerusalem and was part of an event organised by United Hatzalah of Israel, which is a volunteer emergency response group.
