Epstein files reveal plot targeting Libya
Newly released US Justice Department documents show that Jeffrey Epstein sought to profit from Libya’s post-2011 instability by targeting frozen state assets abroad, as reported by the Libya Gazette on February 9.
Emails from July 2011, months before the fall of Gaddafi, detail discussions with an associate about working with former MI6 and Mossad figures and using coercive tactics to access Libyan funds.
The revelations have renewed scrutiny over Epstein’s ties to Israeli and Western intelligence agencies.
