Israeli airstrikes across Gaza on September 11th hit a U.N. school sheltering displaced Palestinian families as well as two homes, as reported by Asharq Al-Awsat and agencies.

They killed at least 34 people, including 19 women and children.

The Israeli military stated that it was targeting Hamas militants allegedly planning attacks from within the school, though this claim could not be verified.
