The African Lion is an annual multinational military exercise that aims to strengthen military cooperation among participating nations, particularly the United States and Morocco, through coordinated land, sea, air, and special operations training.
The joint military exercise was established in 2007 and is designed to train troops in various war scenarios, such as disaster management and the mitigation of weapons of mass destruction.
