A British member of parliament noted on September 17, that tourism could help Morocco following an earthquake that has killed nearly 3,000 people.

Duddridge wrote in his Telegraph column, “The greatest support we can give Morocco and its courageous people is to engage even more fully than before”.

Conservative Party MP, Sir James Duddridge was the UK’s Minister of State for International Trade for only a month, appointed by former Prime Minister Liz Truss, who was in 10 Downing Street for a paltry 44 days.
