Libya: UN raise concerns at clashes in Benghazi

The UN sounded alarm bells on October 9 at further clashes and a telecommunications blackout in Haftar-controlled Benghazi, a city in eastern Libya, according to the AFP.
The United Nations Support Mission in Libya affirmed its “concern at the armed clashes in Benghazi which have resulted in civilian casualties, according to unauthenticated reports”, calling for “all parties of their obligations to protect civilians”.
